So we had a little rain and the place has cooled down but summer is not over and we need to use sun protection . It is very important we protect our skin from the damage caused by extensive exposure to the sun . Not only is it very ageing but it can be a cause for skin cancer !
We need to use sun protection each time we are out and our skin is exposed . It's a myth to use sunscreen only when we are at the beach or on holiday abroad . The sun's rays are just as harmful in your home country be it the UK or the USA .
Since we need protection all the time we need something that works well but does not cost the earth . Primark has a very good range of Sun protection and prices are very reasonable. Starting from as little as 2.50 to about 6 pounds you know you are getting quality for your money and I stock up on it all the time . I love the stuff and they also have one especially for kids . Next time you visit Primark don't leave without buying their Sun Protect range .
Primark is also found in the USA and in Europe worth checking out the bargains .
Before I end, there is not a day when I don't open up the Daily Mail and read something about Meghan The Duchess . Much as she would love to be seen as a humanitarian I can't help but notice how she is shunning her father and he is seeking her attention by talking about it . Talking is a good thing and Meghan needs to listen . She needs her father and always will . No false front is going to hide the fact it's not very becoming to fail to introduce your husband to your father and then pretend her Dad doesn't exist . Try as I want to warm to her , I believe that she believes her family is beneath her and that would have made Princess Diana very sad , Diana mixed and mingled with everyone and had a warm embracing nature . Meghan strikes me as very cold . I never knew how much I liked Kate till Meghan arrived on the scene . I absolutely adore Kate and feel a warm love she has for people . An excellent choice William has made and I look forward to the day Kate becomes our Queen #PROUD
