Happy Friday !
All the Celebrity Big Brother Drama has made this season worthwhile watching . Yesterday was the show that set tongues wagging and it hasn't stopped ! Of course being an avid fan of Big Brother there is not a series that I don't watch . I have quite liked Roxanne from the beginning she's slim and small made, like myself and being the ever ready show girl Yes also alot like me :) . I love singing and dancing around the house all day the starlet, if I could but it does grate on everybody, how is she like this ? Annoys my children endlessly so I don't do any of that and it does make me sad . So Rox gets along well with Ben a certain housemate , who's fit sexy and attractive . She likes his attention but has made it clear she has a fiance . Now why does it grate all the housemates what Roxy does with Ben and if she enjoys his flirting . If they are worried about her old man outside , I'd say it's none of their business . She would have to answer to him on leaving the house and keep her engagement or call it quits . But these jealous Housemates ,leaders being Hardeep and Sally who stick their nose in where it doesn't belong . It's clear to see they get no sexual action at home and are frustrated old has beens . Hardeep is a creep rubbing up on Chloe and giving her all those hugs . Roxy's little friendship with Ben was for them fast becoming a scenario they couldn't take . While each of those housemates plotted how much camera time they ensued .. one tried to be a Roxy by being over the top , only this little prick's actions was so fake and forced . His laugh grated on my nerves and his fat unshapely face and body was just annoying . Like the class clown who wasn't even funny . That was Ryan Thomas . I was no fan of his from the start . I don't think Roxy ever cared for Ryan they had nominated each other before and didn't have much interaction since the start . The tongue wagging incident "punches "
Now why would you start play punching someone Ryan ,who you are not best buddies with ? No man should ever start throwing any punches if you are not on touchy feelie terms with the woman . I would be horrified if somebody did that with me , it is called crossing boundaries . Yes I saw the clip of it happening and the first few punches landed before Sally scuppered out of the way and the bouncing fat gorilla started jumping all around Roxy throwing now some air punches and looking very intimidating to a five foot one girl , while she stood very still shocked . I just could not believe what I had seen .
So ofcourse I took to Twitter to say how low Ryan was . WELL WELL apparently it was okay behaviour it's done all the time and Roxy should not have complained . I'm shocked by the abuse I have got on Twitter for supporting Roxy . I was called a fruit loop , the names omg I was on drugs , drunk etc , etc for standing up and saying Roxy's voice mattered ,she didn't like it , I didn't like it either . Women have almost no rights but it seems like Ryan has the UK ś approval violence is apparently all funny,lol silly fun yes I think these people should feel ashamed of themselves . All those people giving me abuse are just aggressive , brain washed people who follow the masses "SHEEP "if you don't conform , you are abused and bullied .. Sad society and a sad world we live in today . We are not teaching our children proper behaviour .
For all those people out there continuing to give me abuse for supporting Roxy and wanting Ryan out of the Big Brother House , if I play punched them , I'll bet they won't be feeling charitable towards me .
It disgusts me Ryan Thomas's behaviour and that people think it's okay and he was funny, apparently men and women play punch all the time . Let me tell you you can't do that with just anyone I would advise you if you think it's okay to do it next time your having a conversation with your boss throw in those punches or maybe even have a go at your child's teacher this term when you pick them up from school okay guys .. You will find it's not okay .
But who said the UK was getting smarter , no one really just look at the Brexit shambles , no brains rashness and just being fool hardy but I'm an old soul I had my say and it's not funny and Roxanne has every right to be hurt and belittled . Women need more support from women .. Be there , stand up and speak your mind we all need to be heard , even if you don't approve of my feelings , they are mine . Respect them and STOP calling people names . It pushes people to suicide ,bulling and name calling . If I was not the strong woman I try to be ,believe me the Twitter TROLLS would have had me contemplating a quick journey to my maker .

Delicious Morning Fruit Smoothie !
Happy Tuesday !
A healthy cleansing smoothie to start your day and give you all the vital nutrients for energy and good health. Enjoy!
Banana and Berry smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 small ripe banana
about 140g blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or use a mix), plus extra to serve
apple juice or mineral water, optional
runny honey, to serve
Instructions:
1. Slice the banana into your blender or food processor and add the berries of your choice. Pour in juice or water to make the consistency you like. Once ready, toss a few extra fruits on top, drizzle with honey and serve.

Get healthy and stay healthy with good food choices . Try to encourage your kids to eat the same meals you do and start that habit early. As young as one kids can eat solid meals, make your own food with less or no salt so the young ones can have that mashed . There is no reason to give your kids chicken nuggets and Big Macs !

If you were were watching Big Brother yesterday , it was a shame that Natalie Nunn was evicted . She was fun to watch , amazing energy and told it like it was . Hardeep has no place in the house he's a creep , his comments are in poor taste and leeching over Chole is down right creepy ! The comment "Baby's had a baby "made my skin crawl . Yes all those extra skin brushes Chloe doesn't need it and no woman needs that ! His sitting in the diary room with no shirt on and all that hair covering his body we don't need to see ! How is it decent for him to sit there man boobs and all and yet it's indecent if a woman sat topless . Hardeep cover up , it's gross and not beautiful at all . He needs to go asap !
I read a beautiful saying the other day and I thought I'd share it with you guys . "Sometimes a conductor needs to turn his back on the crowds to make beautiful music " We too in our everyday life conducting ourselves we need to turn our backs on the crowds and do what we feel is right for ourselves to make the right music . Don't feel intimidated if you have something to say , SAY it even if you happen to be sitting on a public bus and everyone hears !

Healthy August ... Drink Tea With A Difference !
Happy Sunday !
Still enjoying the summer holidays and long may it continue and continue , I'm sure you all bear my sentiments . Enjoying watching the Celebrity Big Brother show on telly and can't wait for the civilian version in 5 weeks yesssss three months of reality tv I like nothing better ! Well unless it's OUTLANDER . I have nothing in all my life seen anything like it . The storyline is amazing and it comes together with the chosen actors wonderfully . I could not have done a better script and tv show myself .I love Outlander and am a massive fan . I recommend every single person on this earth see it . I sometimes yell at the telly when Doctor Who is on, the last couple of seasons have been so disappointing . The scripts and storylines are rubbish I could do so much better myself . Now with a female Doctor Who they have truly messed with the whole heart and inspiration of the original show . It's never going to recover . Like James Bond nobody wants a female Bond . Create a whole new spy if a female tickles your fancy , leave Bond alone !
Okay lets get healthy this month and work towards the goal of living longer .. to help keep the younger people out of work as the old are forced to continue working and have less time to enjoy their twilight years lol ...
Turmeric , is an Indian spice which is long associated with beneficial health properties . Very few people actually use this spice and if you don't do Indian cooking you would not know in what to use it !!
Turmeric is known for it's bright yellow colour and is often used to colour an Indian Palou ( a delicious rice dish ) Well aside from colouring the rice , it is also used in most other Indian dishes , so Indian people get all the health benefits of turmeric , from their food .
The Benefits of turmeric are plentiful . It detoxes the body . Protects the liver tissue . Boosts immunity . Cleanses and purify 's the blood . Eases symptoms of coughs and colds . Improves circulation . Improves overall appearance of the skin . Prevents internal blood clotting . Reduces bad cholesterol . Reduces inflammation , and last stimulates secretion of bile .
So if you have never cooked Indian food and you still want to be able to use turmeric for all it's health benefits and don't know how , it's simple . You could always add half a teaspoon to a warm glass of milk , like I sometimes do or you could make a delicious tea every day and enjoy your added goodness of turmeric in it !
I shall give you a delicious way to combine it in the tea and feel all the wonderful effects from it when you get healthier and as a result add extra years to your life which everyone so wants ;)
Turmeric and Ginger Tea , it's also a great liver detox !
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 ginger teabag
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
Boiling water
Some milk
Fill the mug almost full with boiling water . Add the ginger teabag and half a tsp of turmeric let it soak for about 7 minutes . Remove the teabag and add the cinnamon and the honey . Fill the mug up now with milk and stir . Enjoy your delicious mug of tea and the added health benefits it offers !

August Favourites ... Foundations !

It's been an eventful week and if you have been reading the news you would know what I mean ! Ben Stokes gets a not guilty verdict , haha where is the justice ? Wait there is no justice because he's a talented Cricket player he can do what he likes ..very nice :) Then the Queen's personal physician gets killed being run over by a lorry as he cycled to work just yards from the hospital he worked at in London . England is such a dangerous place to cycle . It was cycle to work day , poor man !! I never allow my kids to cycle it's far too dangerous in England . In Europe however it is a very pleasant experience cycling . Why can't it be the same in England ?
Today the Queen of Pop Madonna turned 60 years old !!! I can't believe it the years do fly by, Love Madonna and her music, it never gets old just like Madge . While the queen of pop turned 60 the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin passed away today #RIP
Then Celebrity Big Brother started today with so much excitement could not wait to see Stormy Daniels and Samantha Markle go in and as we sat 2 hours watching all the Celebs go through just to be disappointed neither of the two made any entrance ! We will have to be happy with Dan Osbourne , Kirsty Alley and the KEN doll .
Today the blog features my favourite four foundations .

The cheapest one at 12.99 is from GOSH ''Foundation Drops.'' This has the same blendability and satin finish as all of its pricier competitors and is super good value for money and I would recommend that you buy this. There are only five shades available in this super quality foundation.
The second one from No 7 ''Airbrush Away'' Foundation is 16.50. This is another one which has an addictive velvety finish, only it doesn't have any SPF protection, and it contains alcohol.
The third one is from Smashbox and it costs 29 pounds is called ''Camera Ready BB Water SPF 30.'' It strikes a perfect balance between matt & moisturising. This oil free foundation has a silky finish and a very impressive SPF 30 protection too.
The fourth from MAC, ''Waterweight SPF 30'' foundation and costs 25.50. This has a very similar formula to the Smashbox one but this definitely gets the vote because it's cheaper and comes in fifteen extra shades.

Beauty Secrets To Gorgeous Eyes !

Eyes are our most prized possession, we need to look after them. To make them look gorgeous and beautiful ,so no more tired eyes get rid of them. Tired eyes need attention. I'm going to focus this blog on treating tired eyes. There could be a whole number of reasons for tired eyes. Ranges from insomnia, overindulgence (too much internet surfing) to allergies. Tired eyes could show up with puffiness, dark circles and redness. Here are a few tips to deal with these afflictions!
The first tip is apply something cold. Rinse your face and splash loads of cold water on your eyes. If you have a little more time on your hands use cucumber slices over your eyes to sooth them. An eye cream and an eye mask are very handy. And if you use an eye mask once a week it both de-puffs and brightens your eyes. It is about coolness and 4 minutes of applying cucumber slices should be an immediate remedy.
Moisture for around the eyes is very important to combat tired eyes. If you moisturize the area before you apply your daily make-up, it plumps up lines and smooths out imperfections. The under eye area does not produce oil like the rest of your face. This is true even for people with oily skin, so please don't be shy about applying cream from around 20 when you should seriously begin a good skincare routine.
Massage is a very important task for your face. Just as our body benefits from the luxury of a routine massage so also does our face.
