Delicious Morning Fruit Smoothie !

Happy Tuesday !

A healthy cleansing smoothie to start your day and give you all the vital nutrients for energy and good health. Enjoy!

Banana and Berry smoothie.

Ingredients:
 1 small ripe banana
about 140g blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or use a mix), plus extra to serve
apple juice or mineral water, optional
runny honey, to serve

Instructions:
1. Slice the banana into your blender or food processor and add the berries of your choice. Pour in juice or water to make the consistency you like. Once ready, toss a few extra fruits on top, drizzle with honey and serve.

Get healthy and stay healthy with good food choices . Try to encourage your kids to eat the same meals you do and start that habit early. As young as one kids can eat solid meals,  make your own food with less or no salt so the young ones can have that mashed . There is no reason to give your kids chicken nuggets and Big Macs !
