Beauty Balms With A Multi-Purpose Effect!

Happy weekend,

It's Saturday the clocks go back so an extra hour of slumber.. awww what bliss! It will get darker one hour earlier though , from tomorrow. All this means winter is knocking on the door. Cold crisp mornings , but exposed skin needs extra care against the elements. Hands, face, elbows, knees, all dry out leaving it feeling rougher than normal. We definitely need to lavish ourselves with extra t.l.c.
The answer is a very clever product. A multi-purpose balm. There are a lot of different ones available on the shelf but sometimes it's impossible to pick one that's good for you without a recommendation. These multi-purpose balms can be used for your lips, cheeks, hands, knees, elbows- it's so clever. Here are five of my absolute favorites which I would recommend to anyone.

1. Antipodes Saviour Skin Balm at 23.19 pounds, it's gentle for everyday use. This skin balm is from an organic beauty brand. It can be used on cracked skin, grazes, sore muscles, and sunburn. Expensive, but worth it!

2. Givenchy Hydra Sparkling Magic Lip & Cheek Balm at 22 pounds. It's got a subtle pink tint that adapts to your natural skin tone and it's moisturizing skin formula keeps the skin bright, hydrated, and plumped.

3. Avene Xeracalm Balm at 18.50 pounds, if your skin is sensitive, or breaking out in rash then this is the balm for you. The thermal water infused formula replenishes the natural lipids in your skin, soothing irritation and redness.

4. Garnier Body Ultimate Blends Delicate Oat Milk Balm at 5.99 pounds. This is the cheapest but works brilliantly. Embedded with oat milk and white almond cream, this calming cream/balm strengthens weakened skin cells and relieves tension with its beautiful rich fragrance, perfect for the girl on a budget!

5. Roger & Gallet Rose Precious Restoring Balm costs 14.45 pounds. It cares for dry skin made from 95% natural ingredients. The balm doubles up as a moisturizer and it has such a wonderful fragrance to it.  It's definitely my winner and I am going to keep using this one!

Hope you like one of these and find the information useful!

Keep smiling and have an awesome day.

Love & Peace.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread.. Scrumptious!

Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Night, wherever you are in your day, hope you are smiling!

Today was a beautiful day, even if it was only milder weather that made me smile! Yes, Nissan announced they would be staying and jobs were secure but did they sign a deal? We all want to know what exactly is going to happen with Brexit. It's an unhappy cloud to live under. Question time, the highlight of my Thursday saw Ken Loach on the panel. If you haven't seen his new move ''I, Daniel Blake'' which received accolades at Cannes, make a note of it in your agenda and be sure to see it. If the answer to ''Is there compassion in this country right now'' needs to be answered, it will be! Compassion is long lost in the last years, especially by the government and the growing GREED among the higher society- shameful! A CEO of a big company earns in 45 minutes what a low paid worker earns in a year and a half. Do they care? Why is there discrepancies in salary?
But I'll leave it there and have you enjoy a nice movie even if it i made by a very old director and a Jeremy Corbyn supporter!

Now with Halloween just a few days away, there is no shortage of pumpkins to be found everywhere. If you have too many lying around and don't know what to do with it, here's a very healthy pumpkin bread recipe. Not only does baking make your house smell divine, but pumpkin bread is healthy for you. It would mean getting a large dose of vegetable in your body and giving yourself a health benefit and it tastes so yummy! Enjoy!

 Ingredients:
 650g butternut pumpkin, peeled, deseeded
 100g butter, softened
 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
 2 eggs
 2 cups self-raising flour
 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease base and sides of a 6cm deep, 10.5cm x 20.5cm (base) loaf pan. Line with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at both long ends.
2. Wash and cut pumpkin into 4cm pieces. With water clinging, place pumpkin in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 to 4 minutes or until pumpkin is tender. Set aside to cool. Drain and place cooled pumpkin in a food processor. Process until smooth (you should have 1 cup).
3. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until well combined. Stir in pumpkin.
4. Sift flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves over pumpkin mixture. Stir gently to combine. Spoon into prepared pan. Smooth surface. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 10 minutes. Lift onto a wire rack. Serve warm or cold.

Have an awesome day and keep smiling!

Beautiful Autumn Jumpers, to Expand Your Wardrobe!

Happy Tuesday!

The drop in temperature always sees us reaching for cosy jumpers, sweaters, and our trusty fleece. Sometimes these snuggly tops make us feel unglamorous, so whatever you choose to wear make sure it's a color that enhances your appearance and makes you feel glamorous. A chunky sweater can look great if you pair it with a sexy pair of jeans or some nice tights and a leather look skirt. A fancy scarf can make your outfit look more cool. Accessories are the key, some eye catching earrings or a statement watch. Make up is always big in the winter because some nice red lipstick can brighten up your features on a cold dark day. Whatever you choose to wear, make sure when you look in the mirror before you step out, you can smile at yourself and think you look great , because self-confidence shows through no matter what you wear on.

A great quote from Ralph Lauren, ''Fashion is about something that comes from within you.''

Enjoy the beautiful jumpers I have selected as my favorites this autumn. All are available online.

Delicious Healthy & Hearty Minestrone Soup!

Happy Monday,

The start of a new week, I hope you guys are all bursting with energy and ready to go. At least it's not hot, so we can't say the heat is making us lethargic. The cold somehow gets you moving and inspires you to get fit. Go out jogging, or just have a long walk everyday exercise is good to get healthy and keep your muscles in good condition. Today as I had a little run there was this cat that just kept following me and wouldn't quit even though I ran a couple of times across the large intersections. Was it hungry, or lost - was I to be its savior? Well, I think not. I have two gorgeous young kittens who I love but that's it. So as we anxiously await the American election results (hardly two weeks to go, to Nov 8th). Trump to win, and I'm just so certain he will. Remember how all the Brexit polls and the bookies suggested we would remain? how wrong they were. The answer is always listen to the people.
Today I'm  going to share a recipe which I love. It's a soup which is delicious, healthy, and very hearty. It's full with vegetables and is very nutritious. The Italians love it, and it really fills you up. Enjoy the minestrone soup!

Ingredients;
3 large carrot, roughly chopped
1 large onion, roughly chopped
4 celery
 sticks, roughly chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic clove, crushed
2 large potato, cut into small dice
2 tbsp tomato purée
2l vegetable stock
400g can chopped tomato
400g can butter or cannellini bean
140g spaghetti, snapped into short lengths
1⁄2 head Savoy cabbage, shredded
crusty bread, to serve

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, whiz the carrots, onion and celery into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, add the processed vegetables, garlic and potatoes, then cook over a high heat for 5 mins until softened.
2. Stir in the tomato purée, stock and tomatoes. Bring to the boil, then turn down the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 mins.
3. Tip in the beans and pasta, then cook for a further 10 mins, adding the cabbage for the final 2 mins. Season to taste and serve with crusty bread.

Six Great Beauty Buys For October!

Happy Saturday!

When it comes to beauty we all want to look our best because feeling great not only comes from inside if we feel we don't look our best from the outside it can get us feeling down. SO spending money on products helps us feel more confident, lifts our spirit and generally puts us in a better mood. We all know how much going to the shops at the weekend perks us up! We get this almighty rush to buy new products and go shopping. We also feel so much better just viewing videos on YouTube of everybody's purchases. I'm an avid fan of Primark hauls, really!

Today I have compiled a list of six great beauty buys for October. It won't break the bank but there are always new products available and we sometimes can't choose which would be great, so I have chosen out my favorite six and you can go right ahead to the shops and buy them!

My absolute favorite at No.1 is Maybelline Luscious Waterproof Mascara for $9 dollars. It's a real bargain It gives you soft, healthy looking lashes with a mascara formula that holds up under any autumn shower!

At no. 2 is L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Cream Cleanser. Unlike some cleansers, this one is packed with moisturizing, softening oils so it won't leave your skin feeling tight or stripped. At $6 dollars I love this product!

No. 3, Dove Dry Oil Moisture Body Wash is just what you need this fall as the weather gets cold and you need to keep your skin from drying out. at $5.50, so worth it.

No. 4, I love bright color eye shadows and the NYX Full Throttle Shadow Sticks are super cool with a range of electric shades. It's the fastest, most foolproof way to get lasting color at the back of a cab or at the office before a night out! At $6.50, it's pretty cheap.

No. 5, Rimmel London Kate Sculpting & Highlighting Kit is so beautiful to give you a natural glow (a pretty filter version of yourself) A must buy! At $7, give it a go!

No. 6, this is absolutely delightful because no beauty post is complete without something for your lips. I love the Nuance Salma Hayek True Color Plumping Liquid Lipstick in nude nectar, liquid lily, and ripe cherry. At $10 each, they give high shine without stickiness, plumping without tingling and full bold color!

Hope you love my selections. Keep smiling and have an awesome day!

Love & Peace.

Work Outfit, Smart and Trendy!

Happy Tuesday!

Today's fashion choice is a work outfit if you happen to call the office environment a happening scene, then you want to wear some really nice outfits to look smart and trendy. Most office workers stick with boring suits mostly dark colors and blend right into the office furniture. Always choose a nice tailored pant or skirt with detail and skip the boring shirt for a smart fitted top. Some nice statement jewelry and smart shoes. Notice I've gone for some flat comfortable pumps but I know there is a lot of discrimination where woman are told that part of the office attire is a compulsory high healed shoe. Yes, its sometimes nice to wear high heals but don't let it be dictated to you. If you are over 5'4'', there is no possible reason that you must be forced to wear heels, but as a woman feel free to wear what you love.

There is a saying I love, ''Life isn't perfect, but your outfit can be.'' And another by Harry Winston, ''People will stare, make it worth their while.''

1. striped cotton top / 40 pounds / net-a-porter.com
2. peg utility trousers / 39 pounds / topshop.com
3. ballerina gold trim / 13 pounds / very.co.uk

Oil: the Answer to Beauty!

Happy Monday! Wherever you are in your day, hope you're smiling a big toothy grin.

With winter upon us, our new beauty best friend is OIL! Stay away from all things greasy, don't they say? Wrong! Oil is perfect for your hair, skin and nails. Here's why it's so perfect for you.

Skin: We have always been told to keep oil away from oily skin and breakouts. Skin's natural oil is sticky and attracts dirt. Cleansing oils, ironically loosens the stickiness, so make up and debris slide off more thoroughly. The result ? A cleaner skin surface. For dry skin: it doubles as a moisturizer, leaving skin super plumped and radiant.

Hair: Oil is proven to protect hair, but it can also leave it limp and greasy. Lightweight hair oils hydrate fine hair without weighing it down. "Moroccan Oil" is a super example, leaving your hair super shiny and hydrated .

Nails: Cuticles can feel dry and hard in winter. The best remedy.. you guessed it-- oil! Hand creams hydrate the surface, but oil penetrates deeper and helps to soften and moisturize the whole area around the nail.

Body: Body oils are the perfect cure for dry, dull skin. ''In winter, a combination of cold air and central heating can cause a scaly dehydrated surface." Use oil to lock in moisture and illuminate skin. Use Garnier's Ultimate Beauty Oil. It's the perfect thing to soften your skin. The blend of argan, macadamia, almond, and rose oil leaves your body satiny soft.

Hope you enjoyed reading these simple tips to keep your skin looking good in winter. A simple Baby oil used everyday also does wonders for the skin, in case you want to keep on a budget!

Have a great day and keep smiling  :)

A Delicious and Healthy Farmer's Salad!

Happy Sunday!

It's getting closer to the US elections and most people are deciding on Donald Trump, everywhere I see the people are huge Donald supporters yet the polls show Hillary ahead.. most of the time polls are in complete denial of what the people are crying out for.. A change.. after all what can Hillary offer that the Democratic government already in power for the last eight years haven't done? If they were any good the people would not be wanting a change. They had their chance and the ship has sailed. It's mighty strange how now after so many years all these woman start claiming how Donald grabbed them it's almost hilarious how they kept silent and now suddenly start claiming things. Perhaps they should pursue the fact that 33,000 emails deleted is more serious. What could possibly be on them. Why would somebody on a private email server have so many?
I recently saw Hillary Clinton has amassed $31 million dollars to her name. Then I read a saying by a famous American president, Harry S. Truman ''You can't get rich in politics unless you are a crook.'' Well that makes me wonder how come everyone is so poor and Hillary managed to make so much money ? I definitely respect Harry S. Truman and believe he spoke the truth. An honest public servant can't make that much money . Vote wisely. Remember Bill was impeached admitted sexual encounters and Hillary stood by her man, now she tries to condemn Trump. I'm lost for words she's two faced. Now that's my American politics rant for today, keep smiling if you betted on Ryan Moore today at Woodbine in the USA, he pretty much let you down where was Idaho.. hmm. Somewhere at the back for evens it was a disgrace, can't wait for him to get the sack. J. Heffernan can do a far better job. Ruby Walsh delighted us yesterday in the New Jersey , USA and today he was back in Cork, Ireland riding amazingly. New kid in town was the best. #GoRuby

Now, I hope you all enjoy this delicious farmer's salad.

 Ingredients:
110g bag mixed leaves
100g marinated feta
400g tub beetroot salad
1 ready-to-eat mixed grain pouch

 Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss together with some seasoning, The oil in the feta will create a dressing for the salad.

Hope you all enjoy the recipe of a healthy farmer's salad.

Have an awesome day and keep smiling!

Garlic Soup, An Excellent Remedy to Colds & Flu!

Happy Tuesday!

The cold winter months are approaching fast. And with these dark, cold days we sneeze, cough and regularly get colds, flu viruses and with the amazing properties of garlic we could stop this before it even happens. Garlic has gained its reputation as a virus buster thanks to one of its chemical constitutes ''allicin''. When garlic is crushed, allicin becomes allicin and research shows allicin helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure and also prevents blood cloths. Compounds in this familiar bulb kill many organisms, including bacteria and viruses that cause ear aches, flu, and colds. Garlic has lots of properties to help boost the immune system, effective against digestive ailments and diarrhea. So nothing better than including garlic in your diet every day like I do!

Here is a recipe, (a favorite of mine), garlic soup, to kick start the healthy you! Enjoy and don't worry about bad breath, that is why mints were invented and mouth wash!

Garlic Soup

Ingredients:
2 heads garlic, halved crosswise
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
4 cups low-sodium chicken stock
8 ounces Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan, plus for serving
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drizzle garlic heads with oil. Wrap tightly in foil and roast until tender, about 40 minutes. Let cool, then squeeze garlic from papery skin and set aside.
2. Bring stock, potatoes, and roasted garlic to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.
3. Let cool slightly, then puree in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with rustic bread.

Have an awesome day and keep smiling!

Depression? Talk About It #WMHD

Happy 10th of October, #mentalhealthday

Today internationally celebrated is world mental health day. Since 1992 this day is regarded world wide because more and more people suffer with depression and feel afraid to come out and say it. Don't suffer in silence. Speak up, you. Yes you deserve to be happy . Today even Prince William & Catherine came out to support their charity and mark world mental health day.
Depression can come upon you at any time, it does not favor a certain group of people, it can inflict itself on anyone rich, or poor. If you are feeling vulnerable, depression can make your situation feel far worse. There is always a solution. Talk about it and seek some help. Most often talking can make you feel much better. The trick is finding the right people to talk to.
Recently while I was chatting with a friend, he remarked that he knew someone who didn't want to work. I knew she had a baby recently so I suggested maybe she was depressed and not up to it. A very flippant reply came, the baby had been born a year ago. Well depression can last a couple of years after the baby in case nobody knows. Find the right people, don't let people make you feel bad, you know best how you feel. Look for another group and always make sure you list the things that make you feel happy and do each one to take your mind off the root of your trouble that is bringing you down.
We have just heard about Tyson Fury who has been diagnosed. His uncle just said on telly, ''I don't know, he has money, a nice house -- everything. I don't know why.'' Let me just say it could be a small thing. Maybe he doesn't want to be defeated in his next fight. Maybe he's more vulnerable than you think. He needs to be good in his sport to keep making money and he probably thinks he's not going to be good for long. We don't know what bothers him, but it's big for him. Don't belittle people's depression. It's a very real thing.

Today, try and give support to your friends, family, anyone you know who has depression. Be kindly and listen, always be supportive. People take their lives because they are not heard. Always remember if you take your life, it's not an escape from this world. We are souls on a journey and we have to come back and most often face a much more difficult life than the one we had before. There is no escape. My mother always said suicide is the cowards way out. Be brave and face your demons because somebody can be there for you.

Have an awesome day and keep smiling.

Love & Peace.

Delicious Healthy Pumpkin Soup!

Happy Saturday!

The saga of the American election doesn't end now , a recording of Trump has been released and Hillary and her followers have jumped on it to say how un-suitable he is. It just made me think more clearly that Donald Trump is the more suitable candidate because men do talk inappropriately about women behind their backs all the time, at least he's not a liar.. he apologized and I always prefer straight talkers. If he likes women then we all know how Bill loved chasing skirts and his own scandal. I look forward to the next debate.
On to other things, and if anyone was watching the racing today there was a nasty accident at Hexham at the 2:25 race. The very talented apprentice jockey Henry Brooke (my favorite) had a fall and is now in intensive care with a broken collar bone, collapsed lungs. Please pray for his speedy recovery, sending all our love and best wishes. Look forward to seeing him well, up and about soon! Jockeys are made of tough stuff, get well soon Henry!

Today I have a very healthy pumpkin soup recipe which you will love. Now with Halloween not so far off, pumpkins are all over to be found. Enjoy! It can be served up in the pumpkin itself.

Ingredients: (contains seeds)
4 tbsp olive oil
2 onion, finely chopped
1kg pumpkin or squash (try kabocha), peeled, deseeded and chopped into chunks
700ml vegetable stock or chicken stock
142ml pot double cream
4 slices wholemeal seeded bread
handful pumpkin seed from a packet

Instructions:
1.Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan, then gently cook 2 finely chopped onions for 5 mins, until soft but not coloured. Add 1kg peeled, deseeded and chopped pumpkin or squash to the pan, then carry on cooking for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally until it starts to soften and turn golden.
2. Pour 700ml vegetable stock into the pan, then season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins until the squash is very soft. Pour the 142ml pot of double cream into the pan, bring back to the boil, then purée with a hand blender. For an extra-velvety consistency you can now push the soup through a fine sieve into another pan.
3. While the soup is cooking, slice the crusts from 4 slices of wholemeal seed bread, then cut the bread into small croutons. Heat the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, then fry the bread until it starts to become crisp. Add a handful of pumpkin seeds to the pan, then cook for a few mins more until they are toasted. These can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container. Reheat the soup if needed, taste for seasoning, then serve scattered with croutons and seeds and drizzled with more olive oil, if you want.

Have an awesome day and keep smiling!

Love & Peace.

A Healthy Morning Smoothie!

Happy Thursday!

Today's punch-up in the European Parliament by the UKIP party was hilarious to hear! I never expect anything better from that party. Teresa May should be calling UKIP the nasty party, a name that suits them! So why were they even inside the European Parliament having a UKIP meeting? They are obviously unimportant and European haters, so shouldn't they be conducting their meetings in the UK? I even find the fact that Farage collects a salary by being part of the European Parliament a shocking situation. He is vile, as a European hater, he should stick with only collecting a British salary! Seems like what's good for him, isn't good for others! Two faced rat!
The news that fracking will now begin in Lancashire for shelle gas is no good news. It's bad for the environment, causes earthquakes, tsunami's, and will cause major inconvenience to people living in the surrounding area. What is wrong with building good clean wind farms for energy? The wrong decisions people make!

Amen! A little prayer for all the people suffering the effects of hurricane Matthew, especially a friend of mine who has evacuated his house on the coast of Florida. Directly in the path of Matthew. Stay safe, Kerry! Prayers!

Now a healthy cleansing smoothie to start your day and give you all the vital nutrients for energy and good health. Enjoy!

Banana and Berry smoothie.

Ingredients:
 1 small ripe banana
about 140g blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or use a mix), plus extra to serve
apple juice or mineral water, optional
runny honey, to serve

Instructions:
1. Slice the banana into your blender or food processor and add the berries of your choice. Pour in juice or water to make the consistency you like. Once ready, toss a few extra fruits on top, drizzle with honey and serve.

Have an awesome day and keep smiling!

Healthy Vegetable Pilaf

Happy Monday!

A new work week gets into full swing. Fashion week in Paris seemed like a big success, although I wonder why Victoria Beckham never shows her designs there! Woke up to the news that Kim K was robbed at gun point in her rented Paris apartment. How unfortunate with all her security guards? How could that happen? Did also read that it's a publicity stunt, why would anyone travel with so much expensive jewelry? It's a shame these things are happening, but with so much poverty in the world, people are just tempted to do bad things. The line between rich and poor should not exist. Everyone should be reasonably well-off to live a good life. That is not going to happen unfortunately, not while people are more interested in wars, space travel, and finding aliens. Yes, the aliens are probably laughing at us, a bunch of idiots we all are! I wonder why we only hear certain news and everything is never reported. I am always sad to see poverty, and the state of Venezuela is very bad. People have no food and this doesn't make the news, strange! I hope change is on its way.

Here is a healthy rice recipe which I love to eat. Have it along side a nice piece of fish and you would be doing wonders for your body & health! Enjoy!

Spicy Vegetable Pilaf (contains nuts)

Ingredients:
6 carrots, cut lengthways into 6-8 wedges
3 red onions, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
4 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
200g brown basmati rice, rinsed
400ml vegetable stock
400g can brown lentils, rinsed and drained
200g baby spinach
handful toasted flaked almonds, or a few whole almonds (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. In boiling water, cook carrots for 4 mins, tipping in onions for the last min of cooking. Drain and mix in a roasting tin with 4 tsp oil, the cumin and seasoning. Roast for 30 mins, while you cook the rice.
2. Heat remaining 2 tsp oil in a large pan. Add cardamom and cinnamon for 30 secs, then add rice and toast for 1 min. Pour over stock and 100ml water, then simmer, covered, for 25-30 mins, until rice is tender and the water absorbed. Remove cinnamon and cardamom.
3. Tip in lentils and fork through before topping with spinach. Put lid back on and cook over a low heat, stirring once, until spinach has wilted and lentils heated through. Fork through again before tipping the cumin roasted veg onto the top and sprinkling with almonds, if using.

Beautiful Autumn Jackets!

Happy Saturday!

This year is flying by so fast, it's the 1st of October, after a very pleasant September. Autumnal weather has arrived with blasts of winds and lots of rain. It's now officially 85 days to Christmas if anybody is counting! I love Christmas. The whole holiday season! It always feels a blessing to see another one in this horrible world we live in!
It's official, the nuclear plant at Hinkley is going to be built by the Chinese, our un-elected P.M. signed the deal. Such a shame. The Chinese own it and the future bills the people will be forced to pay will be un-affordable and what is everyone going to do? The future is bleak! Where is all the nuclear waste going to be thrown? Whatever happened to good clean wind energy? This whole thing is a very bad idea! God bless us all , and pray that Jeremy Corbyn wins the next election and gets to lead this country to a better future!

For now we only need to worry about keeping ourselves warm in the cold weather, so some pretty fashionable autumn coats to take our minds of politics! Hope you like them as much as I do.
