Outfit Recommendation to Wear With Confidence!

Happy Sunday!

Today the weather was glorious and it was getting really hot in bed and didn't feel like having a long lie in, but the smell of coffee brewing is always a nice incentive to wake up. Plus, if you wake up later it's only two meals to worry about. I eat to live and not live to eat so its not a big deal. I prefer a lot of healthy fruit and veg to unhealthy junk food. But of course sometimes kids enjoy some of the unhealthy stuff and I am no Gwyneth Palthrow or Madonna, so my children are sometimes indulged.
Today it was great to hear the Young Lions had won the World Cup. it was an awesome achievement and after some 53 years it was the sweetest thing ever. After all the hung parliament news and another election on the horizon, it was very welcome. The young lads are an absolute credit to the country and the match looked exciting, although I only caught some highlights.
In other sport news at the French Open, Nadal created history by winning the Open again. Although I was quite surprised why twitter was full with people saying a bet on his opponent was going to be a winning one. Why would anyone bet against Nadal? He is truly one of the Legends of the Sport. Be a bit more clever if you ever consider putting bets.
June is a special month. Not only does it welcome summer and holidays, barbecues, and floaty dresses-- it also kick starts Big Brother on Channel 5. Its a definite fixture on my calendar and I enjoy watching all the interaction and general people behavior. I love studying people and if BB does nothing else they throw the most vulgar people around together and it's a recipe for fireworks. Although how on earth are they just ordinary people? Because a friend informed me they have all been on other TV shows. They seem terribly low class and the expletives are the choicest I have ever heard. Sinking lower than the gutter was Kayleigh. I don't see how her bullying of Arthur has been allowed and BB turns a blind eye. Arthur has walked today and won't be returning, tomorrow we are going to find out what conspired.

As you know, I continuously draw focus on depression, bullying, and self esteem. Today I saw an interview with Katy Perry and she spoke about why she cut her hair so short. She also spoke about all the suicide thoughts she used to have and the dark place she was at. Katy Perry is strong but the real girl, Kate Hudson, isn't. How many times do we feel vulnerable, defeated, hopeless like we can't go on? We need to speak about it. But I'm certain not many people actually want to hear you out. The world is hard but we need to speak up and say what troubles us. No matter how bad it all may seem, carry on. Because taking your life is not the answer. Do you really imagine running away from it ends it there? The world is a revolving circle of souls. We do come back to finish our journey each time. Try to make your life positive. Make yourself happy. Do small things with a positive outcome for yourself. Don't be forced by people and don't make your life about negativity! Try to fill your FB with positive thoughts. Your twitter with positivity and good fun stuff. Bringing people down is never the answer. Feel good about yourself be kind and draw good back to yourself.

Enjoy this fun fashionable outfit and look confident wearing it. Summer is about bold colors and accessories!
