Today was a beautiful blustery autumn day and the weather was perfect . It rained now and again but I loved it all . The most beautiful thing about autumn is when you can wear on any shoe you like , beautiful boots , the ankle ones are pretty sexy and you could always go for the open toe because the weather doesn't fall much below 10 degrees , to freeze you up ...so much choice ! Today my blog is about the pretty shoes I fancied and had to share !

Tonight the sky will be alight with this year harvest moon , it's been many years since it fell in October the last time being 2009 . More often it falls in September the next one in October is in 2020 . The harvest moon can be the most beautiful sight , appearing as a large plump orange coloured orb , around dusk . It has also been known to be called the blood moon by various Native American tribes . In the East it marks the end of the monsoon season . Enjoy viewing it wherever you are in the world !

Only it wasn't so happy , today the world woke up to news of the mass shooting in Las Vegas , it was very sad to hear . What is the world coming too ? We need more peace and love will this ever be possible ? I hope one day my children will see Peace in the World , with no nuclear weapons with governments not pouring money into defence and weapons but investing in Health , education ,welfare and transport . These people are sick individuals and need good health care and need to be put into institutions . I don't believe it's the gun laws that need to be changed , it's bad people who use these guns dangerously . Bad things are happening around the world , and not all use guns ! We need to promote more love, peace and harmony .

Sunday the Spanish police , over the Catalan Referendum also acted with such brutality which outraged the world . The Spanish government should be dissolved , to allow it's police to use such barbaric brute force and bullying methods is not letting democracy speak . It is an outrage that Spain is allowed to do this within the EU against it's citizens . Like I said the world is going crazy , and most of the time I just prefer to stay indoors ...it's getting scary outside !

The weekend is always awaited , tomorrow is a big day in horse-racing , it's the day of the Arc ! That would be one of the best & most expensive races on the Flat calendar. It takes place across the Channel in France , a place called Chantilly, which is very beautiful .The favourite to win is ENABLE a filly who will be ridden by Frankie Dettori , the best jockey in the world and I will be very happy to put my money on it ! Have a bet on it , it would be worth it . You could also put a double , which I will be doing on the 4.35 also at Chantilly on Marsha ridden by a very very good jockey Luke Morris , unbelievably talented !

Today's blog is about a favourite which never goes out of fashion ..the pencil skirt , I think it's glamorous and I love wearing them .

Four Gorgeous Autumn Sweaters !

The weather was beautiful but I would say sweaters are a must have this autumn . Today I have put together 4 of my favourite ones for you . These pastel colours go with all skin tones and all sizes . If you have been keeping up with all the celeb news you would have heard Kylie is reportedly pregnant ! At 20 , it is far too young ( keeping in mind I had my eldest very young !) it is not something I would suggest young girls do ! Kylie is just stepping out into adulthood and needs these formative years on learning up all the joys of being an adult without the responsibility of parenthood . Being a parent is demanding and a full time job with responsibility . Children need the love & attention and the next 18 years is pretty much putting the kids ahead of yourself . But I would imagine with all her family around her , she has all the support she needs and her child is not going to lack from playmates or money ! So good luck Kylie but I do believe she rushed her choice of father for her child in a five month relationship and 4 months pregnant is not a good start any way you see it !

On another note , Chicken livers is something I enjoy eating and today I read the Michelin star restaurant of Mark Sargent has been downgraded from 5 stars to 2 , because the chicken livers were pink ! Rightly so , I eat my chicken livers cooked all the way through and all meat , especially chicken need to be cooked well with no pinkness ! No I don't eat at Michelin places because I don't believe the food is cooked all the way through ! We are getting more conscience of our intake as we look to be healthy and not get cancer and other sicknesses etc ... under cooked meat is a very dangerous thing ! Eat right and put healthy food into your body and reap the benefits ! Meat is a good thing but eat it responsibly , over-indulgence is also bad . Fruit and veg can be eaten raw or cooked on a lighter note :)

Today's blog and outfit selection is something you would choose if you had a nice date for the weekend . Going to a sophisticated eatery , maybe a day at the races ,well get dressed up hereś what I would recommend you wear ! Have fun and enjoy, all this week after all we are promised good weather , and temperatures are shooting up !! It's not going to be tropical , but if we don't need to turn our heating up itś bloody GOOD !

Today was supposed to be the end of the world , well all the doomsday predictions are proving how hopelessly wrong they are .. Are we all worried ?? NO but some people do worry , especially as the world is now facing threats from Rocket Man but Thank God we have Donald Trump who is very capable of looking after us all , and I can sleep well at night knowing nothing will ever happen to us !

On another note , hearing the daily news and feeling like a situation is getting completely out of control in the UK "Acid attacks " this is completely unacceptable .How can these things happen in a civilised first world country like the UK ? Could it be the huge influx of people from the East that has caused this to begin here? After all no cultured person , with a decent  background would think this is any kind of weapon to use against another fellow human being ! We need this to stop immediately , unless we start thinking and taking appropriate action , we are not going to get this under control . Much as I am against the death penalty , I think in this case we need to bring it back , anyone caught who has used acid in an attack, should be charged and within a month Hung !!!!  Believe me this will stop so quick after 5 or 6 people are put to death in the gallows . We need to get more tough and act out quickly or else the world is going to get completely out of control . I am beginning to lose all hope for humanity , it is very depressing to know we have alot of evil people out there wishing to do harm on somebody else !

Much as I always promote Peace & Love which I will continue to do , we need to take a tougher stance on rogue people , just locking up people is not the answer , we need to deter others from using this vile , disfiguring type of violence ! Please spend every moment thinking of the good you can do for others and not try to intentionally hurt somebody !
