Strikes !!! I am always a supporter of strikes , because I believe people need to stand up and say this is not except-able and we want to have a voice and say so ! Protest all you need too but I don't think 4 hours will make much of a statement .
What I'm talking about is the Mid-wives going on strike tomorrow the 13th of October for 4 hours ,Because the pay rise of 1 % they requested was turned down !!! YES the 1 % pay rise ...I'm laughing because nobody asks for 1% dammit , they are very well in their rights to go for a minimum of 13 to 15 % and not feel BAD , but that 1% was refused !!! Today's wages are a disgrace ,nobody can survive and the middle class people are suffering . Mid wives have a very important job in society and so do nurses and all health care etc . Even the wealthy need a mid wife to help, be on hand to push out that rich baby . Imagine if they never showed up to work at all , what a catastrophe that would be !! They should strike for atleast 4/5 days , to make a deference .. The government can step in and help the women give birth ;)
Even mid wives like to dress well , you know not everyone lives in hoodies or tracksuits and cheap rubbish they too would love to buy clothes from Top Shop and Zara but where do they generally shop Yes the trusty Budget shop Primark . No they cannot afford to run a house , pay bills ,look after, the kids needs and live on that meager pay packet . And we are not even going into the food costs every week . No there is no Beef Steak , No Salmon , forget crabs and fresh prawns every week ,forget even feeding the family some delicious OX tail , have you seen what that costs ?? So it's off to the budget supermarkets and sometimes even 3 supermarkets to make sure money can stretch , What a sad life, and doing the most important job of all ...making sure the next generation are born into this world safely , without screwing up the delivery . Oh yes they also have to endure women who are shouting with pain , cursing ,angry ,feeling wretched and all with a smile and a calm face and a soothing voice . Oh don't forget they have to see an open vagina put their hand in blood and hhhmmm and 99% of the time if you're pushing hard enough you are going to shit out the other end as well , I wonder who has to clean that up and smell it ??? Yes THE MID WIFE !!!
Give her a Decent Salary , you know she loves that job or she won't be doing it , I would not even consider being a mid wife ..No I don't want to see all that ,lol ... I have great respect for Mid wives and all health care workers .
Wherever you are in your day , I hope you're smiling and mid wives I will say a special prayer for you all , keep doing the good job you're doing because I LOVE YOU ALL :)

Do we really keep up with the news ??
Do people who work at a full time job ,really have time for anything else ? Perhaps they are even ignorant of the news or what's going on in the world . They seldom know anything outside of their profession , they are so caught up with working , back home it's just dinner some tv and bed because the next day it's work again . That is a sad thing , when your life becomes centered around your job , often family and children news in the world takes a back seat .
It 's just something I thought about , as I was chatting with a friend today at dinner . The subject came up about the USA having it's first Ebola victim . The man had returned from a trip to West Africa and upon feeling ill , he went to the Hospital and mentioned to the nurse ,that he just returned from West Africa and was feeling ill ..Obviously she is a very busy nurse and works alot , so probably never knew of the seriousness of the diseases Ebola in West Africa . She more than likely missed all the news and tv programmes about what was happening in the world. Yeah a real shame :( but being overworked ,stressed and day to day life ,cause this kind of lax . Now more people I believe and children who he came in contact with ,could be affected ... this is a tragedy .
I think people should work less, pay more attention to things happening in the world and maybe the world will improve . Reading should be encouraged and more communication can make huge differences . I once had a partner who worked in Psychiatry , his life revolved around his work and he had no time for anything else . He never went to the movies , because James Bond didn't interest him , nor did anything Star Wars or Star Trek , or for that matter any Superhero stuff . I was so appalled , all that was what I loved . Did he have time for the news yes ,only at the weekend ..where a very concise version is telecast ! Newspapers well for most part I saw the sports part concentrated on :) Hhmm he could be brilliant at his job but I think anyone focusing on his work alone is lacking , and lacking a whole deal in being a complete fun , and knowledgeable person .
So wherever you are in your day , hope your smiling and taking time out to know more stuff that's going on in the world and making a tiny bit of difference ..#peace&love

So George Clooney got married at last .. Hurrah :) No I didn't think he was going to remain a bachelor forever lol ..But anyways I was never a big Clooney fan , I'm more a Brad Pitt kind of girl ( light coloured eyes ,blond hair ;) So I'm not moaning he's off the market ! I think he made a good choice in Amal . He's found somebody who I guess would make a good life partner . The whole public wedding was very thoughtful and I'm sure all his fans enjoyed sharing in his special day . He looked like he also enjoyed all the attention . Well he wouldn't be so loved if he didn't give back to his loyal fans . Good on him , and God bless him too .
However having said all that did he make the right choice in donating all the proceeds from his wedding to Charity ?? He could have done a major Charitable difference in his own way . Does he not see all the homelessness in the USA ? This is a major NO , NO for a civilized ,first world nation . This should never happen for it's citizens . After all a roof over one's head is our primary goal . Even when civilization started ,people found shelter in caves , built shacks etc , because keeping our head dry and our body's warm help us to function normally as human beings . Nobody should be out braving the elements or taking shelter under a bridge . Or for that matter in homeless shelters where you have to cue to get a bed that night ,lol ..
I was watching a documentary about Hurricane Katrina from way back in 2005 . The amount of poor that I saw in New Orleans ,I was shocked :( Why is the situation with poverty in these first world countries so high ? Please Mr. Clooney build or buy apartment blocks ( make a whole community of it ) and house all the homeless in the USA and in other rich countries as well ! Nobody wants to see all this poverty it makes me sad , why focus on third world places if the people of rich countries aren't looked after-ed ? Hoping somebody with alot of money starts doing something wise with their cash ! Make a difference and help your fellow country men. Instead of putting in a charity bowl , do a good turn and pay for some poor looking person's shopping or buy a coffee and donut for someone looking hungry . I try too , do a good turn for someone and spread the good deeds , God will bless you abundantly . Have an awesome day . Thanks for reading this :) #peace&love

Time for a Hair Cut ??
Does anyone want to cut their hair? When is the right time to hack off those luscious locks ? As all women know beauty lies in your hair and the longer it is ,the more feminine and sexy a woman feels . So was it the right choice that Penny Cuoco from the Big Bang Theory cut off her crowning glory and all her fans are upset .
Twitter had a major backlash with fans making a right old holy fuss over her chopped locks . So everyone knew she had gone for the pixie haircut , but did we expect to see her on the tv show with the short crop ? No in the age of hair extensions and wigs ,we hoped producers would put more effort into keeping Penny glamorous . She does not have the intellectual capacity of Sheldon , Leonard or Howard so keep her hair and keep her funny and sexy as we have come to love her . We do tune in to see a woman being a woman sexy and all , the show already has a few females all non glamorous . Is this going to be "Felecity "all over again ? Ratings fell and the show got cancelled , please don't let it go that way . We love Penny, just keep her GLAM :) as we are used to seeing her.
I would shudder to cut my hair short , for starters, it would make me feel like a boy ,but yes we all crave a new look and sometimes want to change things up, and rock a whole new style . Going for the chop in 2008 ,was such a disaster for me , I cried days on end ,and will never go short again ..Below my shoulders is as far as I dare . I love feeling feminine and no matter what anyone thinks beauty is in the hair, as much, as it lies in the eyes of the beholder . Short hair does not suit all face types and even though it's just hair (it will grow back ), it gives us our self esteem ,confidence and courage to face the big bad world . It hides our flaws or imperfections and can become a curtain to cover our eyes , yes girls the fringe ! But however we wear our hair it is a statement piece to our own personal style . Keep it long and conquer the world . #peace&love

A Third Boob ???
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Night wherever you are in your day, hope you're smiling !
Today I woke up and in the news is this young girl who decided to add on a third boob to attract fame and fortune ! Is she right to do this ,or has she taken it a step too far ?? People all over have an opinion and the topic was even discussed on ITV #loosewomen this morning .
Somebody even suggested everyone wants to do nothing and make money and get on television ,lol ..
Not for one minute am I thinking this girl has done nothing ,and got on tv. It would take alot of thinking ,going around getting a surgeon to agree to do this kind of surgery . The physical pain of the surgery , not to talk about all the implications this third boob will have and lasting effects on her mentally .
She obviously did it to gain publicity and get in the news with the main focus of getting herself into a better financial lifestyle :)
Is there something wrong with that ? Nothing in my opinion . You have got to take the initiative and do something to get noticed and be able to earn more money and get yourself better off . We all have talents and we need to earn more money being able to do what we love . The world is advancing so fast in technology , celebrities earn obscene amounts of money and more and more better things are available on the market . Should we still be earning so little and not be able to keep up ?It is unfair . The cost of all things shoot up transport , petrol , holidays , food ( decent organic stuff anyways ) We are not living in the 50's /60's this era has technology and we are entitled to have it , not a select few .If we didn't deserve it , technology should not get so advanced and taunt us in the face with these desirous stuff ! We are only human and it is in our genetic make-up to WANT :) Hence we all have to go over the top to achieve our desires . This girl has done what she had to do , and I take my hat off to her . I don't have the courage to add a third boob :) Mentally I could not do it . I still want to be in the bracket of earning big bucks ..Yes I need to think how am I going to do it ?? Dream on, I shall, and one day Victory will be mine .However for now, have a wonderful Tuesday and thank you for reading this :)

Prince William has replaced our lovely Kate to go visit Malta ! Did anyone know the reason of the visit to Malta ? It was to help them celebrate 50 years of Independence from Britain !
But why would they want to help them celebrate Independence ? Wasn't it just last week that they were all trying to prevent Scotland from gaining Independence and the Ministers were doing their best to convert the Yes voters to NO ?
It's always better UNITED , and a pitiful shame that so many colonies of Britain were allowed their independence ,in my opinion . Many countries find themselves in poorer circumstance without guidance of a Bigger more established country !
Anyways , it's a personal prerogative for anyone to support independence for some and not for others, though I would prefer consistent behavior , after all it is our leaders and Royals who we look up too all the time !
