Healthy Food Choice ... The Avocado !

Happy Tuesday , In spite of all the woes I still feel blessed . If you do the right thing at all times and feel you always make the best choices , God still finds a reason  to bless you ! 

Today I was reading a little news article , and I was a little surprised ... Yes because it said a woman who was with her partner for 22 years and he passed away without leaving a will , now her two children will inherit everything leaving her nothing . She was upset at the fact ! I keep wondering Why ?? I was happy to read her children inherit why on earth is she not ? Is it because , they will not give her any ? Well they rightfully don't need to give her ! She choose work over them while they were growing up they were at babysitters , creches etc . So well she can go on making choices without her kids in mind and let them make choices without her in mind ! What goes around , comes around ! Good reason to give your kids your all , because there will be no doubt in mind you will always be their priority , when it matters most !

But now for a healthy food choice to make , everyday !
