How was your weekend ? Mine was quite and lazy and I didn't want to budge from the house bitterly cold outside with temperatures falling in the night to minus seven it's absolutely no fun ! I used to like the cold as a child and a young woman well now not so much . The beast from the east will be blowing all week making things freezing cold so warm hearty soups , stews and comfort food will be keeping me warm and satisfied .
