The Winter Olympics have started the opening ceremony was grand and nicely done , I wouldn't say it was spectacular because there have been ones in the past which were extraordinarily good . The lighting of the Olympic flame was an event to watch . It looked very cold and I believe extra blankets were given out but one athlete actually walked bare bodied some feat !! Even though he was well oiled I'll bet he catches an almighty cold and winds up sick soon ,lol ... Lets hope Great Britain can get some Gold medals home , keeping my fingers crossed .
Chinese New Year is not too far away , that means if you missed out on New Year resolutions , making and setting goals for yourselves don't miss out you are getting another chance . It's never to late to begin. It's the Year of the Dog beginning February 16th . As I heard it's going to be a good year with friendship , loyalty ,love all playing big parts as the qualities of the Dog are highlighted . Being a friend , companionship should help us find it easier to be a good friend and listen and love others more without judgement and preconceived notions . So we should be able to help others suffering with depression , anxiety , panic attacks and suicidal thoughts . Reach out to others and hear people out . Be friendly like your dog would be completely non judgemental . This year should make it easier for us to achieve because we will be fearless like a dog and we shall rush out to achieve things that have normally made us hesitant . If you have a dog give it extra love and attention . Just like our friends we shall be more loved for it !
