A beautiful day if only it was the weather responding to the request. Twitter and the press all seemed to have gone mental because Donald Trump called for a three month ban , for people from 7 countries.With the outcry you would imagine it was a three year or longer ban. We all want to be vigilant and look after the ones we care about, so I don't see why everyone is up in arms , if they are vetted ,unless they have things to hide. They all seem to want to run to the US. I love the UK, what is wrong with Mo Farrah living and training in the UK. He has even been given a knighthood by the Queen, high time he shows his loyalty and starts living in the Uk and training here as well. But besides all that today was the Australian Open final and I guess the majority of the nation were watching , if Twitter is anything to go by. Roger Federer carved his name into history with a grueling match showing who's legend. It was his 18th Grand Slam victory and well deserved. It was actually the first time played with over 30's finalists in both the men and women's game. Remarkable. 2017 is definitely going to make an impact on the world for good. Before I end a thought and a prayer for the Grand National winning horse, Many Clouds who collapsed after winning his race yesterday and died a few minutes later .Such a hero running a grueling course and beating the champion Thislecrack , and he's a machine . I wonder did Many Clouds need to run that race against Thistlecrack who was at 4/9 odds an impossible horse to beat. Rest in Peace Many Clouds. At least you won and gave your life doing something you love. I doubt you would have kept up the pace if you didn't actually want to win. Heaven has a special place for you. Kisses and memories to treasure .
